How to cancel

Sign in to your CerebralCheck account, open the dashboard, choose “Manage billing or cancel,” and complete the cancellation steps in the authenticated hosted billing portal. That portal is the place where the billing provider confirms the change and displays its applicable effective timing.

Cancellation is not completed by this public page, by an unauthenticated link, or by bypassing the hosted billing portal.

Timing and access after cancellation

The hosted billing portal is the source of truth for when a cancellation or other billing change takes effect. CerebralCheck grants paid access while the provider reports the subscription as active or trialing; access may end when the provider reports an inactive subscription. We do not promise a separate cancellation date or access period outside the status shown by the billing experience.
