Current policy
You may request a refund of your first paid subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. This is a request-based policy: a refund is not automatic, and submitting a request does not promise approval outside the policy terms.
Trial and later recurring charges
- The 7-day free trial is separate from the refund window. The 14-day period begins with the first paid payment, not when the trial starts.
- The first-payment policy does not promise refunds for later recurring monthly charges.
- Cancellation and refund are different actions. Cancel future billing through the authenticated hosted billing portal; request a first-payment refund by contacting support.
How to request a refund
Email cerebralplover@polsia.app within 14 days of the first paid payment. Include the CerebralCheck account email, plan name, and approximate charge date so we can locate the request. Do not send a password or full payment-card number. We will review the request and reply with the outcome; the refund is not completed by this public page.
What a refund does not change
A refund request does not change the limits of automated accessibility scans. Automated scans find only some accessibility issues, do not guarantee ADA, Section 508, or other legal compliance, and do not replace manual testing, qualified accessibility review, or legal counsel.
