What CerebralCheck handles, and why.

Information we handle

Depending on how you use CerebralCheck, we may handle:

• Account details such as your name, email address, sign-in records, and account role.
• Submitted website URLs and the scan, monitoring, finding, and report results created from those URLs.
• Subscription and billing status, selected plan, trial state, payment-provider identifiers, and billing-management events. Payment card details are handled by the hosted billing provider rather than stored in CerebralCheck.
• Messages or support questions you send to us, along with technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to create and display scan results, run monitoring that you request, restore saved results to your account, enforce site and subscription limits, authenticate users, process billing status, respond to support questions, and detect abuse or security problems.

We do not use scan findings to promise legal compliance. Website content and scan output can change, and the service uses them only to deliver the requested product experience and the plain-English guidance described in the Terms.

Protection and sharing

CerebralCheck uses account access controls and restricted server-side data paths to help protect customer information. Keep your credentials private and contact us if you see activity you do not recognize. No online service can promise that every transmission or storage system is risk-free.

We share information only as needed to operate the service: with infrastructure, authentication, website-scan, email, and hosted billing providers that process data on our behalf; with people you ask us to involve; or when disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. We do not sell customer account details or scan results.

Retention and privacy questions

We keep account, scan, monitoring, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, meet security and operational needs, or comply with legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and the status of your account.

For a privacy question or a request to understand the information associated with your account, email cerebralplover@polsia.app from the address connected to your CerebralCheck account when possible. Do not send a password or payment-card number by email.
