How do I find and download a report?

Sign in to your CerebralPlover account, open Dashboard, choose Monitored sites, and open the intended site. In Latest saved scan, select Download PDF report.

Why can’t I use Download PDF report yet?

Download PDF report requires both an available saved scan for the intended monitored site and an active subscription. If the site has no saved scan yet, or the account does not have active subscription access, the report control is not available.

Which report can I download?

The current customer workflow provides the PDF report generated for the selected monitored site’s latest saved scan. This Help page covers that available customer PDF report workflow only.

Does the automated report certify that my site is legally compliant?

Accepted Answer

No. The automated report is a practical review aid. It does not certify legal compliance and does not guarantee that a site is fully accessible.
