Help · Subscription and billing

Understand your plan and manage billing safely.

CerebralCheck plans are monthly subscriptions with a 7-day free trial. Plan access, billing changes, and cancellation stay tied to your signed-in account and the hosted billing provider.

Review plans and trial context

The public pricing page shows the current Starter, Pro, and Agency plan catalog, monthly prices, and monitored-site limits. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A trial is still subject to the subscription status reported by the billing provider.

Paid subscription features are available while the provider reports the subscription as active or trialing. If it reports an inactive status, monitored-site access may end until the account has an active subscription again.

Reach authenticated billing management

Sign in or create your account, then open your Dashboard. In the Billing section, choose Manage billing or cancel. The billing-management control is available from the authenticated dashboard; this public help page cannot change your subscription.

Make changes in the hosted billing portal

The Manage billing or cancel control opens the hosted billing portal. Complete cancellation or another billing change there, where the provider can verify the subscription and show the applicable timing. CerebralCheck does not promise a separate cancellation date or access period outside the status shown by that billing experience.

The hosted billing portal is the source of truth for when a cancellation or other billing change takes effect. Paid access follows the provider’s reported active or trialing status.

Keep account boundaries clear

Billing changes are not completed by an unauthenticated link, by this public page, or by sending payment details through email. If you cannot reach your account or portal, contact cerebralplover@polsia.app without sending your password or full payment-card number.
